Maniacs at Heart

The first week in October we got to go to Maine to spend the week with my family. We braved the crowds in Freeport and went to LL Bean where Drew gawked at the trout tanks.

We had fun playing out front of my parents house. You wouldn't think a pair of empty-nesters would have so many toys.
Corbin not only learned to drive in Maine, but learned to crawl as well. Now he's unstoppable!
Drew and his cousin, Zach, had a love-hate relationship. They both wanted to play with the same toys and get attention from the same people all week.
All six of us kids got together, which doesn't happen too often. It was fun and chaotic!

Drew started out the week terrified of animals, but my parents have two cats and my brother brought his two dogs. Only a few days into the trip, though, Drew got to the point where he could even walk the dogs (as long as he didn't get left alone with them).
No trip to Maine would be complete without a day on the coast. We went to Rockland and walked the boardwalk along the beach.

Drew randomly just dropped to the ground at one point. I think he did it when he realized he could see between the planks down to the water, but he looked funny.

Drew still LOVES to chase birds. He was in heaven with all the seagulls.

I am sweating just looking at you guys in sweaters and sweatshirts. I would love to be a little chilly right now! What a fun trip to Maine for a mini reunion.

Teagen has those same blue pj's with the bears that Drew has on. Yay for Corbin crawling! Now you can chase both of them haha.
